The day starts on your phone.

Before the shutters go up, the digest has already landed on WhatsApp: which batches cross 30 days to expiry, what fell below reorder level, and what yesterday actually made. No app to open, no dashboard habit to build.

The rush doesn’t wait for software.

Twelve people at the counter, and a paper prescription from a doctor who has written on paper for twenty years. WeDose bills straight from it: barcode scan, batch picked, taxes split, Schedule H1 recorded in the flow. When the connection drops, billing keeps going and syncs back on its own.

Three cartons at the back door.

The delivery from Mehta Pharma arrives mid-rush. Batch numbers and expiry dates are captured at the door, and stock is live the moment the goods receipt note is saved, not after someone finds time for data entry.

The inspector doesn’t call ahead.

A drug inspector asks for the Schedule H1 register. It has been writing itself with every bill since day one, under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1940. You print it. That is the whole story. And if he asks who edited a batch quantity last month, the audit trail has the user, the time, and the reason.

Reorders, decided by the ledger.

The evening lull is when stock decisions happen. The ledger tracks every strip by batch, always dispensing the earliest expiry first, so nothing quietly ages on a back shelf. What fell below safe stock today is already drafted as a purchase order.

The GSTR-1 is a download, not a weekend.

Owners tell us month-end used to cost about six hours of compiling bills by hand. In WeDose the return has been building itself with every invoice, CGST and SGST already split, in the format GSTN validates.

WeDose is a cloud-based hospital pharmacy operating system. It manages counter billing, stock tracking, and drug inspector regulatory registers for Indian hospitals. Pharmacies eliminate expired stock losses and accelerate rush-hour billing with automated workflows.

WeDose is built for 20 to 150 bed hospitals across India. It supports inpatient and outpatient counter pharmacies, pharmacy owners, and counter staff. Over 50 hospital pharmacies rely on WeDose daily to streamline counter operations.

Every morning at 7am pharmacy owners receive one automated WhatsApp digest. The report details batches crossing 30 days to expiry, items below reorder level, and total daily sales. No app installation or manual dashboard checking is required.

Yes. WeDose complies fully with India DPDP Act 2023 and GST regulations. It automates Schedule H and H1 registers, narcotic tracking, and monthly GST tax reports. Every transaction is logged with user identity, timestamp, and modification reason.

WeDose is cloud-based with offline billing backup, built specifically for hospital counters. Unlike complex legacy desktop software, staff require only half a day of training. WeDose provides a pre-loaded 30,000 SKU medicine master for instant counter setup.

Data is securely hosted on AWS Mumbai in isolated databases. Each hospital pharmacy receives dedicated tenant security with encrypted data storage. Complete database backup exports are downloadable anytime with zero lock-in.

Zero new hardware is required. WeDose runs in Google Chrome on existing counter computers and mobile devices. Optional barcode scanners and receipt printers plug directly into counter setups.

Most hospital pharmacies start billing on WeDose within one week. Stock lists export into an 8-column Excel template for instant migration. Our onboarding team cleans and validates medicine masters before live counter launch.
