Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy applies to subscription payments for the WeDose platform operated by Thinkwarelabs IT Private Limited. Where a signed order form or enterprise agreement specifies different terms, that document prevails.

Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, per the selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).

Pilot pricing, where offered, applies only for the stated pilot period, after which standard plan pricing applies with prior notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Platform account settings or by writing to hello@wedose.in.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access to all features until then. There are no cancellation fees. After cancellation, your data remains exportable for 30 days as per our Terms & Conditions.

Refund eligibility is determined as follows:

• Monthly plans: Fees for the current month are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
• Annual plans: If you cancel within 14 days of first purchase, we refund the amount paid less one month's equivalent charge. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable for the current term.
• Service failure: If a verified fault on our side makes the Platform substantially unusable for more than 72 continuous hours in a billing period (excluding scheduled maintenance, your local connectivity issues, and third-party outages such as WhatsApp), you may request a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
• Duplicate payments: Duplicate or erroneous payments are refunded in full.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Refunds are issued in Indian Rupees (INR); bank or payment gateway processing timelines are outside our control.
